Questions & answers
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. Cupid's Cleaners is fully insured and DBS checked, so you can trust us in your home or business.
How much does a clean cost?
Every home is different, so message Alice on 07301 570578 with the size of your property and what you need, and you'll get a clear price with no obligation.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
No. We bring our own products and equipment. Eco-friendly products are available, or we're happy to use your own.
Do you clean Airbnbs and holiday lets?
Yes. We turn properties around between guests: fresh linen, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, essentials restocked, and anything that needs your attention reported.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many regular clients leave a key or key-safe code so their home is cleaned while they're out.
Which areas do you cover?
Bristol and North Somerset, including Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea, Long Ashton, Backwell, Yatton, Congresbury, Winscombe and Pill. If you're nearby, just ask.
